Huge Wagon Reverse Engineering

The reverse engineering of this large wagon was based on a few drawings and the presence of used parts. This traction car is moved by a locomotive on the rails and operates within a homogeneous train chain. Each wagon has an approximate carrying capacity of 10 tons of slag and the ability to rotate the container to discharge the material.

Reverse engineering and construction of a 4-stage air fan with approximate dimensions of 2000x1500x1500 mm have been completed. This fan is responsible for supplying the required air with a stable flow rate and production speed.

The stages of this fan are identical, and it is possible to add or remove stages as necessary.
